You say mezcalarita, I say mezcal margarita. Either way, the mezcal + fresh lime juice makes for one of my favorite cocktails! I created this pink twist on my favorite drink and it was featured on Lauren Kelp with photography by Lindsay Brown and styling by Alana Stipech.
This easy recipe deliciously pairs smoky mezcal with rhubarb and rose. A quick sprinkling of dried rose petals before serving instantly elevates this drink. The final touch of roses make it worthy for a party with friends, but with so little work! The rose/rhubarb syrup can be made in advance to keep your entertaining plans effortless.
